From the mountains of Himachal Pradesh to the heart of European hospitality, my journey has been steeped in passion for coffee, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
I began my hospitality career in 2014 as a bartender in Shimla, India, mastering the fundamentals of drink service and guest interaction. My path soon took me to Qatar, where I advanced to senior barista roles with Al Hallab Restaurant Group and Gulf Hotel WLL. There, I honed my skills in specialty coffee, latte art, cocktails, and team training, gaining deep knowledge of beverages—from espresso to wine.
In 2024, I brought my expertise to Croatia, working with Wyndham Grand Resort and currently at Mime’s Trattoria in Zagreb. Here, I continue to serve high-quality drinks, deliver memorable customer service, and push the limits of barista artistry in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Every cup I make is backed by years of hands-on experience, curiosity, and a belief in hospitality that goes beyond the beverage. I’m not just a barista—I’m a storyteller with espresso and milk.
